We deal in relics intended for eternal preservation.

• Window: 7 days from delivery to request a return. Must be in original, untouched condition.

• Damage: If your jade arrives fractured, contact frigidbite@outlook.com with in 48 hours with photographic evidence.

• Costs: Return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the collector.
